2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For standard X-PAC models like VX21 and X50, our MOQ starts from 1 roll (approx. 50 yards). For custom colors or specific technical specs, please contact our sales team for details.

3. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we offer sample cuts for technical evaluation. You can order a 'Sample Cut' directly from the product page or request a comprehensive swatch book for your design team.

4. Are these fabrics waterproof?

Absolutely. All X-Pac fabrics feature a dedicated polyester film layer that provides 100% waterproof protection, complemented by a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish on the face fabric.

5. How do you handle shipping for international bulk orders?

We work with leading global freight forwarders to provide air and sea shipping solutions. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms to ensure a smooth delivery to your facility.
